All sales are final. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the $200.00 annual HomeSync VIP Membership fee is strictly nonrefundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, non-use of membership benefits, or dissatisfaction with services rendered.

This membership renews automatically each year. You may cancel future renewals at any time before your renewal date; however, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any portion of a paid membership term.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this purchase shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Rhode Island. You waive any right to pursue claims in court or as part of a class action. Governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
