Acceptance of Services: By scheduling service, allowing a technician to perform diagnostic work, or paying any portion of an invoice, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Warranty: Installed parts are warranted against defects in materials for one (1) year from the date of installation. Labor performed is warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of service. This warranty covers only the specific parts installed and labor provided by our company. It does not cover subsequent failures due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper operation, power surges, accidents, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair. Warranty claims require presentation of the original invoice. Repairs under warranty will be performed at no charge for parts or labor, provided the appliance is accessible and has not been tampered with or repaired by others. This is a limited warranty. There are no other express warranties, and all implied warranties (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the terms stated above. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you. Refusal of Service: The technician reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if, in their professional judgment, the appliance is unsafe to repair (e.g., due to electrical hazards, gas leaks, or structural issues), beyond economical repair (where repair costs exceed the value of the appliance), or if necessary parts are obsolete or unavailable. In such cases, diagnostic or service call fees remain due and payable. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers: Neither the technician nor the company shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to: Loss of use of the appliance; Food spoilage or loss; Water damage, flooding, leaks, or related property damage (whether from pre-existing conditions, during diagnostic testing, or post-repair); Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, scuffs, or marks to the appliance, flooring, countertops, cabinets, walls, or surrounding areas; Damage to personal property, fixtures, or the premises; Business interruption, lost profits, or inconvenience. The company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage discovered during service, nor for any issues arising after service due to customer misuse, improper installation by others, or normal wear and tear. Parts used may be new, remanufactured, refurbished, or reconditioned. The company makes no representations beyond the stated warranty. Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Services are provided “as is” beyond the limited warranty stated above. Estimates and Pricing: Estimates are approximate and not binding. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered. Customer approval is required for any increase exceeding 10% of the original estimate. Diagnostic/service call fees apply regardless of whether repairs are authorized or performed. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer Responsibilities: Provide safe, clear access to the appliance and a suitable work area. Remove or secure pets, children, and valuables from the work area. Ensure the appliance is empty and disconnected if required.
